Verizon Delivers 13 New Channels To Massachusetts FiOS TV Subscribers

Verizon Communications has launched 13 new channels to its FiOS TV customers in the Massachusetts. Verizon is now offering 105 HD channels and more than 1,400 video-on-demand (VOD) titles every month.

New subscribers from Massachusetts signing FiOS TV between now and Feb. 21 will have option to receive their choice of free use for six months of either a high-definition (HD) digital video recorder (DVR) or an HD Home Media DVR.

The new HD channels launched include :

Encore HD

Chiller HD

CBS College Sports Network HD and

Home Shopping Network HD

Bob Driscoll, Verizon vice president of sales, Northeast region said “Only Verizon delivers all-digital TV over an all-fiber-optic network straight to customers’ homes, our advanced network creates the ultimate home-entertainment experience, with an ever-expanding channel lineup, the most HD channels, the best picture-and-sound quality and interactive features that go beyond old-fashioned cable.”
