Univision Struck Carriage Deal With AT&T And Insight

Univision has announced that it has reached a multiyear carriage agreement with AT&T’s U-verse and Insight Communications. Univision recently signed a deal with DirecTV and U.S. Spanish-language network said that they have similar deal with TVMAX, Service Electric, Qwest Communications, Guadalupe Valley Communications, Grande Communications, Etan Industries, Baja Broadband and Atlantic Broadband.

The deal with AT&T and Insight will allow Univision to distribute its networks such as TeleFutura and Galavision. The agreement also covers the affiliate stations owned and run by Entravision and Equity Media Holdings Corp.
