SIRIUS XM Radio has announced that the 138th British Open Championship will be aired live staring Thursday, July 16, through Sunday, July 19. SIRIUS XM will deliver the coverage on XM channel 146 and SIRIUS channel 209 available on “Best of XM” programming package with live hole-by-hole coverage of the Open Championship from The Ailsa Course in Turnberry, Scotland.
T.J. Rives, Brian Katrek, Bob Stevens and Earl Forcey will provide live updates, commentary and analysis starting Thursday and Friday at 3:00 am ET and Saturday and Sunday at 4:00 am ET. The broadcast will end once the play is over and will be followed by a two-hour wrap-up of the day’s action on Open Championship Replay. SIRIUS XM’s replay action will be hosted live by T.J. Rives and Bob Stevens with highlights, analysis and interviews with players.
