Grace Killelea Promoted As Senior Vice President of Talent for Comcast Cable

Comcast Corporation has announced that it has promoted Grace Killelea to Senior Vice President of Talent for Comcast Cable.

Grace Killelea as Senior Vice President of Talent will oversee Comcast’s talent acquisition, talent management and diversity recruitment into one senior level position for the company.

Killelea served as Vice President of Talent Management and Leadership Initiatives for Comcast Cable and Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast Spotlight where she was recognized for partnering with business leaders nationwide to identify top internal talent.

Ken Carrig, Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Comcast Cable, said “Grace is known throughout the cable industry as a strong advocate for personal and professional development opportunities, especially for women and minorities. Through Grace’s vision and leadership, Comcast will continue to attract and cultivate a talented anddiverse group of leaders to meet the many business demands of the future.”

Killelea has more than 25 years of progressive Human Resource experience. Prior to joining Comcast, Killelea held the positions of Senior Vice President for Lifetime Television, Vice President for Prime Communications and Director of Human Resources for SBC Communications. Also, she was the Founder and President of Sterling Resource Group.
