Fox Soccer Channel To Be Official Nielsen Rated Network From Oct.1

News Corporation owned Sports network Fox Soccer Channel broadcasts exclusive soccer games will become Nielsen rated as of October 1, 2008. Fox Soccer Channel, which is delivered through major satellite providers like DirecTV, Dish Network and on top cable operators like Comcast, Time Warner with more than 1,600 hours of live programming annually broadcasts the most comprehensive coverage of world-class soccer available in the United States. Fox Soccer Channel also provides programming options ranging from news to reality shows, Live studio shows. The live studio show Fox Soccer Report which presents in-depth soccer news, highlights, features and interviews from across the globe, as well as Fox Football Fone-In, giving fans a chance to have their say on national television every Monday night.
Fox Soccer Channel Coverage of Major Soccer programming:
England’s Barclays Premier League
Italy’s Serie A
Major League Soccer
Argentine Primera Division
and
The United Soccer Leagues

Apart from these, Fox Soccer Channel also covers tournaments like English FA Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Cup and also started broadcasting exclusive English-language coverage of the CONCACAF Champions’ League.
