Dish Network Adds Local HD In Florida

The Nation’s third largest Satellite TV provider, Dish Network has added local High-Definition channels in the Ft. Myers/Naples, Florida area. Dish Network during its conference call in January unveiled plans to enhance its high-definition programming line-up throughout the year. Dish Network’s plans to offer local HD in 100 markets and have 100 national HD channels by the end of the year. Dish Network now offers local HD in 58 markets, representing more than 66 percent of U.S. TV households.
