AT&T U-verse Adds MGM in High-Definition

AT&T has reached an agreement to carry MGM channel in high-definition. HD Premium package subscribers of the AT&T U-verse TV will receive MGM HD. DirecTV, Dish Network, Verizon FiOS, Comcast and Time Warner already carry MGM HD in their programming line-up.

MGM has more than 4,100 film titles and is the world’s largest modern film library for movie content has won 209 Academy Awards. Douglas A. Lee, executive VP of worldwide digital media for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios has announced the launch of MGM HD on AT&T on Nov.10.
